About Us
Friends of Rémi Lake began as a volunteer effort to identify and mark hazards on the lake, helping keep residents and visitors safe. Today, we continue this important work, maintaining hazard markers and supporting lake safety as part of our ongoing commitment to the community.
We care for people
During the summer season, Friends of Rémi Lake installs and maintains Automated External Defibrillator (AED) devices at six strategic locations around the lake. These devices are placed to provide rapid access in the event of a cardiac emergency, helping improve response times in an area where emergency services may be limited by distance. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to community safety and the well-being of everyone who lives on, visits, or enjoys Rémi Lake.

Spring Clean Up
Each spring, Friends of Rémi Lake brings together dozens of volunteers for an annual lake and shoreline clean-up. This effort helps protect the lake’s environment and preserve its natural beauty for everyone to enjoy.
